2022-2023 Annual Self-Reflection & Personal
Mission Statement
Find your Values and Make 2023 Your Most Productive Year Yet!
(Including Worksheets to help find your own personal mission statement!)
Are you ready to find your values with a self-reflection worksheet that will help you create your own personal mission statement!?
With the new year now staring us in the face, waiting to see what resolution we break this year, I think it’s a great time to look back over 2022. This year, forget the tired old resolutions you tell yourself you will accomplish without any real plan. This year, you have your 2022-2023 annual self-reflection worksheet, personal missions statement worksheet, quizzes, and worksheets that will help you find your values and guide you to your personal missions statement.
So then, let’s look back throughout the last year and evaluate what has been working and what hasn’t. We should discover what we have learned from the past year and how this will help us as we move forward.
This year, your resolution is going to stick! I have created a simple worksheet to help you accomplish a yearly analysis. This worksheet is ready for you to begin your annual self-reflection. This exercise will help bring more clarity to your life and help you better understand yourself, what it is that you need and what works for you. Hopefully, we can then eliminate what doesn’t work. It’s a time for self-reflection and introspection. Our lives need to work for us, not against us.
It is essential to define our place in this world. Knowing our purpose gives us a sense of peace and understanding. We can align which activities are in tune with us and which are the ones where we need to say no.
Personal Mission Statement
A personal mission statement is what you need to accomplish these goals and feel good doing it. The personal mission statement is a great way to define who you are and your greater purpose in life. Creating a personal mission statement, it will help you create boundaries and realize when they have been crossed. Hopefully, it will help guide you to surround yourself with others with the same mission and beliefs.
I have created a template to guide you in finding your personal mission statement. Your personal mission statement should be only a sentence or two. This sentence states your purpose. After you have discovered yours, you can post it on a website, blog, Facebook, Twitter, email signature, or newsletter, or you can keep it for yourself and hang it next to your mirror or in your wallet.
Whatever you choose to do with it, keep it somewhere to remind you and help guide your decisions every day.
If you need help finding your values or purpose, I have discovered some great online resources to guide you. I have attached links to quizzes that will help you find out your purpose and your values.
